Superintendent

The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing small commercial medical facility renovation projects, primarily located in Washington, DC, and Northern Virginia (NOVA). The initial projects will be situated in the upper left corner of Virginia, with some work extending into Maryland. The role requires the candidate to manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage small commercial medical facility renovation projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with team members and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet project goals.
• Maintain communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and standards on-site.

• 1.5+ years of commercial construction experience as a Superintendent.
• Experience with small interiors projects, preferably in medical or dental facilities.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.

• Experience working on projects from conception to completion.
• Knowledge of interior construction techniques.

The Superintendent will work on-site full-time, collaborating closely with other team members in the field. The role involves hands-on management and interaction with various stakeholders to ensure project success.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
