**Job Description**

Join our dynamic team where you'll work on diverse projects including plant maintenance, equipment installation, ductwork, piping, and more. As a fabricator, you will apply your welding and fabrication skills to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform MIG and TIG welding and fabrication on ductwork, tanks, liners, and custom projects.

+ Weld mild steel, aluminum, and stainless steel, handling both thin and thick gauge materials with precision.

+ Read and interpret shop drawings and work orders accurately.

+ Maintain a safe and organized working environment.

+ Travel to different job sites up to 100 miles away using a company-provided truck.

+ Ensure the work area is clean, tools are stored properly, and materials are appropriately organized.

**Essential Skills**

+ Proficiency in MIG or TIG welding with at least 6 months of experience.

+ Ability to read and understand blueprints and shop drawings.

+ Experience in fabrication, assembly, and fitting.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Additional fabrication experience is advantageous.

+ Capability to lift 50 pounds or more.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
