MEP Project Manager with extensive experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing supervision for large commercial and industrial projects, from conception to completion. Job Requirements: Direct MEP supervision experience (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)

Experience with large commercial/industrial projects

Minimum 100 tons+ per unit size HVAC experience

Proven experience in field supervision, not just office-based

Experience with heavy metal units and mechanical systems

Strong knowledge of P&L, budgets, and financials

Experience with permitting and managing subcontractors

Ability to review and interpret designs/plans

Strong computer abilities

Preferred Skills: HVAC retrofit management experience

Chill water system experience

Mechanical HVAC experience, particularly in commercial settings

Experience visiting and managing job sites

Job Responsibilities: Oversee and manage MEP aspects of large commercial and industrial projects

Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring all phases are completed on time and within budget

Supervise field operations, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards

Interface with clients and stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations

Coordinate with subcontractors, ensuring proper permitting and adherence to project plans

Monitor project performance, including financial metrics and P&L statements

Ensure effective project execution through strong field supervision and mechanical oversight
