Seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent with a commercial/industrial background to oversee HVAC retrofit projects, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, schedules, and budgets. Must Haves: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial or industrial construction, not residential.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications.
Familiarity with managing project schedules and budgets.
Knowledge of safety procedures relevant to commercial and industrial construction environments.
Preferred Skills: Experience with HVAC retrofit projects.
Job Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety regulations.
Read, understand, and execute projects according to the plans and specifications provided.
Manage project schedules, coordinating tasks and timelines to meet project milestones.
Control project budgets, monitoring expenditures and implementing cost-saving measures when necessary.
Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures, conducting regular site inspections and safety meetings to maintain compliance with regulations.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure efficient project execution.
