Seeking a Construction Superintendent to manage field construction activities, ensure project quality and safety, and support project execution. Requirements: Minimum of 10 years' experience in construction site management
Strong job history with superior safety track record
Extensive knowledge of construction industry means and methods
Proficiency in web-based Construction Management systems (e.g., CMIC, Procore)
Strong computer skills
Thorough understanding of architectural, civil, mechanical, and electrical plans
Preferred Skills: K-12 experience
College degree in Construction, Architecture or Engineering
Design-Build project delivery experience
Experience with Lean Construction techniques (Last Planner System)
OSHA 30-hour certification
Experience with scheduling software (Microsoft Project)
LEED Accreditation or experience on LEED Certified projects
Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day field construction activities
Establish positive relationships with clients and subcontractors
Develop and maintain construction schedule; coordinate subcontractors
Prepare daily and weekly reports in compliance with company/project requirements
Maintain project quality control; ensure conformance with design documents
Assure compliance with safety policies; enforce job site safety/security
Develop site logistics plans; coordinate site activities with client operations
Support Project Manager in smooth project execution
