Summary: Seeking a Sr. Production Builder (1st shift) for assembly, testing, and inspection of electromagnetic hermetically sealed switches used in Aerospace and Defense industries.Job Requirements:Interpret product build details from blueprints with minimal guidancePerform manufacturing operations including setup and breakdown of tooling/fixturesStrong technical production knowledge and demonstrated capacity of LEVEL 2 package buildsKnowledge in Resistance Welding, TIG Welding, Pneumatic & Hydraulic Press Setup & Operation, Production Lathe setup and use, Electrical TestingPreferred Skills:Subject Matter Expert in build operationsAbility to identify nonconformances with material, equipment & toolingProvide guidance to less experienced team membersJob Responsibilities:Assemble/test/inspect custom and catalog electromagnetic switchesValidate conformance at each step up to final product completionSupport Team Leader by providing guidance to operators in setup and quality requirement verificationSeek continuous improvement activities to reduce material scrap and improve yieldsPay Details: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
