Electrical Design Engineering Supervisor

Seeking an Electrical Design Engineering Supervisor with hands-on experience in electrical design and circuit development, preferably in the automotive industry. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Hands-on experience with electrical design and reviews Circuit design and development experience Preferred Skills: Experience in the automotive industry Leadership or supervisory experience in electronics design Responsibilities: Determine the necessary engineering disciplines for tasks Interview and select candidates for engineering positions Manage time-off, work from home requests, and new hire orientations Develop business plans for electronic design group EPOs Conduct employee performance reviews and provide mentorship Review electronic RFQs and assign project work accordingly Evaluate purchasing requests for electronic component substitution Assign MRO responsibilities and cover as needed Provide support for production issues and process design groups Ensure timely completion of design reviews, project reviews, and other activities Handle disciplinary actions when required Identify training needs of the team Manage daily work roster during emergency situations Approve computer/program setups or additions for team members Pay Details:
