Oversee construction project documentation, coordination, procurement, cost control, and project administration from jobsite mobilization to closeout. Job Requirements: Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management or equivalent work experience Minimum of 2 years prior experience as a Project Engineer in construction Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, NavisWorks, and Bluebeam Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, contracts, proposals, and estimates Intermediate understanding of accounting principles Preferred Skills: Technical experience reviewing submittals and installation drawings Experience with dimension checking and material compliance Familiarity with mechanical and plumbing systems Job Responsibilities: Manage and maintain jobsite documentation Coordinate project set-up, site mobilization, administration, and closeout Research, prepare, and present project proposals Prepare equipment requisitions and coordinate with purchasing and vendors Develop cost control measures and expense reports Meet departmental performance benchmarks Track and schedule project progress Review design drawings, specifications, and write change orders Draft subcontracts, purchase orders, correspondence, RFIs, and job summaries Support RFP and procurement processes Assist with monthly financial reporting and billing substantiation Prepare submittals, O&M manuals, air balance logs, and as-built documentation Create site-specific work plans and billing breakdowns Pay Details: The California Fair Chance Act Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance
