Press Brake Operator/CNC Operator Direct Hire with Company Pay: $45760 to $56160 Hours: First shift - M-Thurs 5am - 330pm Second Shift - M - T 530pm - 2am Fridays are voluntary OT Why work for us? They offer multiple first class break rooms with snacks, electrolyte drinks and more. Job Details: Machine Operating: Minimum of 3 years experience operating a cnc driven machine. Candidate Must have the ability to trouble shoot and resolve minor issues with the machine (clear stoppages, find and run a program in the user interface, very basic trouble shooting) CNC Press Brake: or CNC sheer or CNC Laser:. All the machines run off the same numeric controls and are easy to cross train on. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, a commitment to safety and quality, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC machines (e.g., Press Brake, laser router, sheer, stamp, saw) to produce precision parts and components. Load raw materials and ensure proper alignment and secure clamping. Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency. Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges). Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards. Document production data and report any deviations or defects. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
