What we offer:

$22-$40/hr. + Commission (Up to 12%)

Paid time off after 90 days of employment

Job Summary:

The HVAC Service Technician will perform diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services in residential homes. Beyond technical work, you'll also play a key role in educating customers about energy-saving upgrades, indoor air quality products, system replacements, and service plans. Key Responsibilities: Requirements:

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems (heating, cooling, ventilation)

Deliver excellent customer service and build trust on every call

Identify opportunities for system upgrades, IAQ products (e.g., air purifiers, humidifiers), or replacement systems

Present service options and make recommendations based on customer needs

Generate estimates and close approved sales in the field

Complete detailed service reports using mobile tools/software

Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean company vehicle

Follow safety procedures and stay compliant with local codes

Attend regular technical and sales training

Requirements:

1-2 years of residential HVAC experience/Recent HVAC graduates welcome!

EPA certification (Type II or Universal)

Strong communication and customer service skills

Self-motivated with a sales-oriented mindset

Ability to explain technical issues and solutions in simple terms

Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Willingness to work evenings or weekends as needed

Nice to Have:

NATE certification or state HVAC license

Experience with HVAC system sales, IAQ products, or service plans

Familiarity with tablets and field service software (e.g., ServiceTitan)
