About the Role : JOC Construction is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead construction projects from start to finish. This role ensures timely, on-budget delivery while maintaining quality and safety standards. Strong leadership, organization, and communication are essential. Responsibilities : Plan & Execute Projects : Manage schedules, budgets, and scope; coordinate with clients, subs, and internal teams. Construction Oversight : Supervise on-site work, enforce safety, and resolve daily challenges. Budget Management : Track costs, issue POs for Subs, review bids, and develop proposals. Scheduling & Logistics : Coordinate materials and subcontractors, adjust timelines as needed. Client Communication : Serve as primary contact, lead meetings, and ensure alignment. Team Leadership : Guide teams and promote collaboration. Documentation : Maintain reports, RFIs, change orders, schedules, and project records.
