Machine Tool Builder

Shift:** Days and Nights Openings - Must be willing to work weekends as needed.**Description:**- Must own tools and rolling box- Drilling and tapping, reaming- Read and interpret blueprints- Sub assembly and integration- Build conveyor lines, fixtures, assemblies, robotic weld lines, and end of arm tooling- Fabrication and welding -- light- Integration and assembly work- Daily use of hand tools and power tools- Operate machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments- Modify parts and materials to improve overall production- Test completed equipment to detect and remove defects- Perform routine maintenance on machinery- Calculate dimensions and tolerance using measuring instruments- Must have an understanding of automated machines and associated tooling- Knowledge of mechanical standards, tooling assembly, and setup- Familiar with tool room equipment such as lathe, mill, and bridgeports etc. -- sub assembly- Proficient in build practices for Chrysler, Ford, and GM- Follow installation of equipment from build to plant- Maintenance and troubleshooting of build- Installs and teardowns- Install cable tray, tooling, and framing systems
