We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee the execution of capital electrical projects at a start-up heavy manufacturing facility. This 12-month, on-site role will focus on managing all phases of project delivery-from planning and design through installation and commissioning-with emphasis on power distribution, automation controls, and integration with manufacturing operations. The plant is being constructed in West Virginia. The ideal candidate will coordinate closely with subcontractors, Will manage design modifications Ensure full safety and environmental compliance, including adherence to OSHA and environmental regulations. Strong field presence, leadership, and communication skills are essential, as this position will directly impact the successful launch of the facility. Relocation is not required for this role. However, for long-term assignments (lasting over one year) that require extended time away from home, we offer a temporary relocation package. This includes: A base salary increase Company-paid rent for a furnished two-bedroom apartment Up to two round-trip plane tickets per month for weekend travel home Reimbursement for moving expenses and vehicle transportation (if needed) After the mill in West Virginia is commissioned, the team will shift focus to supporting major CAPEX projects at the mills or participating in new construction efforts for recycling and fabrication facilities. REQUIREMENTS A degree is NOT required Substantial hands-on experience in industrial electrical project management is a must. Must have at least three years' experience in electrical construction, especially of new industrial facilities.
