Project Manager - Land Development (Pennsylvania) We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to expand our Land Development practice in Pennsylvania (PA)! Responsibilities: The qualified individual will lead a Land Development team while building and managing relationships with key clients. Leadership responsibilities include: Providing vision, business planning, and strategic direction Establishing goals and growth strategies Building and maintaining strong client relationships Communicating openly and effectively with partners and team members Growing and leading a thriving land development practice With success, this individual will enjoy the rewards of an impressive bonus program and the potential for advancement to ownership. Qualifications: 7+ years of relevant experience managing land development projects Extensive client contacts and relationships with local architects, developers, land use attorneys, planners, and landowners Strong technical skills in AutoCAD Civil 3D Experience managing projects in Commercial, Residential, Healthcare (Hospitals), and K-12 sectors Business development and marketing experience, including writing proposals, defining scopes of work, and budgeting Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively at all levels of an organization Proven ability to manage, mentor, and lead staff effectively Experience presenting at Municipal, Board, and Team meetings Demonstrated ability to profitably manage land development projects This role is ideal for a dynamic leader eager to drive growth, build lasting client relationships, and advance within a respected firm.
