Cedar Park is seeking an experienced Solar Electrician Manager with 3+ years of experience to oversee electrical projects, ensure safety compliance, and manage a team of electricians. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, troubleshooting, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.

Manage and lead a team of electricians, ensuring work is completed efficiently and safely.

Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and specifications.

Ensure compliance with national and local electrical codes, OSHA regulations, and company safety standards.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.

Conduct inspections and quality control checks on electrical installations.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues.

Train and mentor junior electricians and apprentices.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience as an Electrical Supervisor, Manager or Foreman Electrician.

Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and industry regulations.

Experience with commercial, industrial, or residential electrical systems.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

OSHA certification preferred.

Valid electrical license (if required by state).
