Your day as aN HVAC Service technician
As a new HVAC Service Technician, you'll quickly become familiar with our onsite systems, tools, and procedures. Your day-to-day will involve conducting routine inspections, responding to maintenance requests promptly, and assisting with any repairs or installations needed. You'll collaborate with the team to ensure the facility is always in top shape, embodying our customer-focused approach. Your eagerness to learn and grow will be key as you tackle different tasks daily.
Main Responsibilities:
Perform service on heating, air conditioning, ventilation, supply/exhaust fans, pumps, valves, piping and associated controls and accessories.
Handle urgent service calls including troubleshooting and repairs
Troubleshoot, maintain, repair or replace all HVACR mechanical components
Interface, communicate and oversee with third party contractors/vendors with infrastructure repairs, upgrades, repair or replacement of HVAC/R equipment
Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC/R systems as planned out using SP2 and
Are you a good fit for this HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN job?
To excel as a HVAC Service Technician, you'll need 2+ years of experience in commercial/industrial/HVAC systems.
A valid Driver's License is required and (EPA) Universal Refrigerant Certificate is required.
Previous plumbing experience/knowledge.
High school diploma.
Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
