In this position you will be responsible for diagnosis, repairs, installs and maintenance of a wide variety of residential and commercial HVAC and Commercial refrigeration equipment. Duties include, but are not limited to the following tasks. Monitor HVAC/Commercial refrigeration equipment to ensure it is performing in a safe and efficient manner by performing routine maintenance. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical components of central air system, mini-split systems, heat pump systems, and forced air systems. Diagnose service issues, obtain any replacement parts, calibrate system to manufacturer's recommendations and explain fully to the customer the appropriate remedy. Salary depends on experience. Drug Free work place. Benefits after 90 days, including Medical Insurance, Dental and Vision Insurance, paid holidays, uniforms, transportation during work hours and 1 week vacation after one year of employment. This is a full-time position and overtime may be required. Requires a valid driver's license, and EPA Certification. 3 years of experience required in installing, servicing and maintaining residential and commercial HVAC and refrigeration. Must be able to use a torch, hand tools, recovery tank, soldering tool, and various other tools. Salary $20-$30/ hour depending on experience.
