Tree Builders Group is seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our construction team. This is an excellent opportunity for a current student pursuing a degree in Construction Management or Project Management who also has hands-on experience in the field.

Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a Construction or Project Management program
3–5 years of verifiable field experience as a trade foreman, site supervisor, or general superintendent
Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are highly encouraged to apply
Familiarity with construction management software is a plus (e.g., Buildertrend, Procore, PlanGrid)
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized
