**Qualifications:**
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, with a preference for Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of one year of experience with 3D CAD software, ideally Autodesk Inventor. - D esign, fabrication, and assembly of custom automated manufacturing equipment
- Proven capability in mechanical engineering or relevant fields is advantageous.
- Self-driven and organized with robust problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and operate with minimal supervision.
- Must possess valid US driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Capable of lifting 50+ pounds and willing to travel up to 25% for client site work.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive both in a team and independently.
- Prioritized candidates with familiarity in manufacturing designs and schematics.
