- 10+ years of backend experience
- Proven experience architecting and communicating enterprise-level systems
- Strong grasp of Ruby on Rails
- Experience with Aurora, PostgreSQL, Redshift and Mats.io
- Startup culture/mentality, ale to thrive in fast-moving environment (gaming/fintech)
- Bachelors Degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
