Stationary Engineer/Maintenance Mechanic
Location: Cranbury, New Jersey

Compensation: $30 - $38 hourly

STATIONARY ENGINEER/MAINTENANCE MECHANIC
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance.
• Change filters, replace belts, grease bearings and motors as needed.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC-related issues, including vacuum pumps and compressors.
• Maintain and oversee R/O (Reverse Osmosis) and DI (Deionized) water systems.
• Work independently to maintain three pharmaceutical-type buildings.
• Coordinate and oversee vendors such as plumbers, electricians, water system specialists, and boiler inspectors.
• Ensure heating and cooling systems remain fully operational.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High Pressure Black Seal License required.
• Minimum of 5 years of HVAC maintenance experience preferred.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience is a strong plus.
• Must be proficient in preventative HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Experience with vacuum pumps, compressors, R/O, and DI water systems is a plus.
• Must be a self-starter capable of working independently.
• Must have own hand tools and a voltage meters.
