Experienced Rough Carpenter - Ellsworth

NOW HIRING: Full-time Experienced Rough Carpenter (Because buildings dont frame themselves.) Are you a seasoned pro with a hammer in one hand and a speed square in the other? Do you know your way around a job site better than your own garage? If youve got the skills, the tools, and the grit, weve got the gig. What Youll Be Doing:

• Framing, siding, and installing windows and doors (we like them square and weather-tight)
• Patching drywall and painting like a champ
• Demolition (yes, you get to break stufflegally!)
• Keeping job sites clean, organized, and OSHA-happy
• Hauling, lifting, climbing, and working in all kinds of weather (Maine doesnt do mild)

What You Bring:

• Solid experience in construction or carpentry
• The ability to read a tape measure without flipping it upside down
• Your own tools: hammer, tape measure, pencil, speed square, pry bar, and a tool belt/pouch that says I mean business
• A sharp eye, and a no-nonsense work ethic

Bonus Points If You:

• Can spot a crooked stud from across the room
• Know how to make a ladder feel like a throne
• Bring good vibes and a bad sense of humor

Pay rate starts at $22/hr and may increase with experience level. This is a full-time, temp to hire position for the right candidate.
