Roofing mechanics/ skilled roofers wanted/crew leader

THIS IS NOT A SUB CONTRACTOR POST! Although we will save the info of all subcontractor inquiries. This is for an in-house, independent contractor post.
Must be drug-free, have own transportation to pick up/meet up spot in the morning.
Drivers license required.
Qualifications are you must be proficient with shingles, torch-down roofing, and basic metal, competent with break and vinyl siding, and have good time management skills.
Knowledge of hot asphalt a major plus.
Don't take 8 hours to do a task that should take 45 minutes.
High-quality standards are a must.
This is not a training position, nor are we looking for helpers. (maybe if you've got experience)
There is no need to waste anyones time if you cant touch down a beautiful roof, efficiently bend, install some fascia metal, and all that could come with roof or siding replacements.
Common sense is required.

The ability to jump on a roof and Torch some slop down does not qualify you.
