Kiln and Raw Mill Supervisor

What You'll Be Doing

• Overseeing kiln and raw mill operations to ensure optimal performance, product, quality, safety and environmental compliance.
• Monitoring and adjusting operation parameters in real- time to maintain efficiency and conducting regular maintenance and troubleshooting of kiln and raw mill equipment.
• Assisting in planning and execution of main shutdown by organizing resources, following safety rules and keep work on schedule
• Coordinate with maintenance team to ensure shutdown tasks are finished properly and on time.
• Leading shift handovers, daily planning, and coordinate with maintenance team
• Leading and training kiln and raw mill operators to maintain high standards.

What Are We Looking For

• Strong understanding of kiln and raw mill operations in cement industry.
• Proven skills in leadership, team management, communication, and organization.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team towards production target.
• Familiarity with KPIs and reporting
• Commitment to continuous improvement, safety, and regulatory compliance
