Lead Installer - Replacement Windows & Doors

The Lead Installer is responsible for expert level and top-quality installation of Infinity replacement window & door projects.

• Execute window and door installations sold by the Infinity from Marvin sales team utilizing various trade methods standard within the industry.
• Provide superior customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication and treatment of our customers.
• Communicate all product and install issues to appropriate parties, including Marvin Replacement team and customer.
• Hours will vary and will be influenced heavily on the wants and needs of our customers.
  

• Excellent and detail-oriented interior and exterior trim expertise required (e.g. break work, capping, caulking)
• History and passion for high quality workmanship
  

• Valid drivers license with acceptable accident and moving violation motor vehicle record.
• Must be able to meet physical requirements of position including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders and scaffolding.
• 3+ years of full frame and insert window & door installation or remodeling experience.
