Job Title: Project Manager / Fire Sprinkler Designer

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 (negotiable)
Pay Schedule: Weekly
Work Location: On-site (San Diego, CA)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Job Summary:
A well-established fire protection company is seeking a qualified and motivated Project Manager to oversee fire sprinkler repair and tenant improvement projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, budgeting, and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities:

• Collect data for cost tracking and budget estimates

• Maintain and update project data spreadsheets

• Review bid documents and understand scope of work

• Manage project-related documentation (plans, permits, submittals, change orders)

• Attend job-walks and inspections as required

• Collaborate with management and accounting teams to calculate monthly progress billings

• Oversee and manage several projects concurrently

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Familiarity with Google applications (Google Calendar, Google Sheets)

• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Effective communication skills in English

• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record

• High School Diploma or GED

• Must be 18 years or older
