Senior Estimator/Project Manager

Main Responsibilities:

• Seeking a successful Senior Estimator / Project Manager to join our growing team!

• Prepare Detailed & Accurate Hard Bid Estimates for Multi-Family Developments including material costs, labor costs, and review of subcontractor scopes of works & bids.

• Analyze prints, specs and all owner docs to develop accurate cost estimates.

• Collaborate with Architects, Subcontractors, and Clients to ensure all needs are met

• Identify Rise Exposures, Value Engineering Opportunities, and Cost Cutting Measures during Pre-Construction

• Present & Submit Finalized Bids to Prospective Clients

• Play a crucial role in the Pre-Construction and may play a role in the Project Management Phases of our Multi-Family Development Projects.

• Provide Pre-Construction Services & Hard Bid Estimates to our clients.

• May allow you to manage the project from inception to completion as well.

Qualifications:

• 5-10+ Years of Experience delivering Multi-Family bids on a National Scale, and would possess a work history with numerous winning bids & successfully managed projects

• 10+ Years of Multi-Family Estimating & Project Management is Preferred

• Bachelors Degree in Construction Mgmt, Engineering, or Architecture is preferred

• Must have a strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, & industry standards in various regions.

• Proficiency with Estimating Softwares such as ProCore, BlueBeam, and PlanSwift are preferred.

• Ability to Oversee Multi-Family Projects from Inception to Completion
