HVAC Service Technician

JOB SUMMARY:

• We are currently looking for a full-time service technician for Charleston, SC and the surrounding areas to work in the supermarket refrigeration field. This is a wonderful opportunity with hands-on training, great benefits, and room for growth within the organization.

• The HVAC Technician will provide maintenance, diagnose and repair various commercial and industrial heating and cooling systems.

• HVAC technicians will replace any heating, air conditioning, or refrigeration equipment or complete systems.

• Lay out and connect electrical wiring between the controls and equipment according to the wiring diagram, using an electrician's hand tools.

• Obtain and maintain required certifications as they pertain to HVAC technician duties.

• HVAC Technicians will be required to inspect and test systems to verify compliance with plans and specifications and to detect and locate malfunctions.

• Maintain cleaning coils and leak checking.

• Testing HVAC and refrigeration systems and components.

• Work with the latest technology in the HVAC/R industry

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 5 years of HVAC Technician Service or HVAC installation experience as well as an EPA certification.

• Clean driving record.

• Knowledge and understanding of HVAC service and installation techniques.

• Must be able to pass a drug screening.

• High School degree or equivalent.
