Construction Foreman (Metal sheet)

Duties :

• As a Sheet Metal Foreman, your expertise and leadership will shine through in everything you do.

• Lead and inspire installation teams to deliver exceptional duct-work systems.

• Work closely with clients and project managers to align on goals, budgets, and schedules.

• Manage material procurement to ensure projects stay on track without delays.

• Uphold safety and quality standards, creating an environment where excellence thrives.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of leadership experience in sheet metal or duct installation.

• Strong knowledge of ductwork systems, industry codes, and OSHA standards.

• Ability to manage large-scale projects while meeting deadlines and budgets.

• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with teams and clients.

• Willingness to work the hours needed to keep projects moving..
