Compensation Details:

We have a hybrid paystructure, where you earn wages based on the work being performed. Our team'stotal earnings are comprised of two rates - Administrative and Job Time HourlyRate. The administrative rate is a fixed rate of fifteen dollars per hour.

Field Supervisor

We are currently searchingfor a Field Supervisor who is hardworking, compassionate, andhas a strong desire to help families in need. This role is key for thoselooking to expand their leadership capabilities in a dynamic and impactfulenvironment. While prior experience in mitigation, remediation,restoration, and comparable industries are a plus, it is not required. ServiceMasterBioClean provides comprehensive training and certification on OSHA safety andIICRC compliance, bioremediation, and customer service.

What youll do:

  • Actively assist our team in various bioremediation to provide our clients an exceptional level of service.
  • Supervise the successful completion of jobs that you participate in. This role does not have direct reports but serves in a supervisory capacity regarding the project.
  • Accurately estimate, recommend, and advise on project scopes, manage cleanups, and handle necessary paperwork.
  • Responsible for effectively communicating and selling a tailored scope of work based on a thorough understanding of the clients needs and obtaining sign-off to initiate work.
  • Lead on-site customer interactions with empathy and professionalism, providing high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the biohazard remediation process.
  • Onsite supervision and participation in various biohazard remediation projects.

Working Conditions:

  • Must be able to respond to dispatch office within one hour of receiving a call.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and handle physically demanding tasks.
  • Occasional overnight travel, with accommodation provided by the company.
  • Capable of handling a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Experience and Skills

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
  • Must reside locally and be able to respond to the shop within one hour of receiving a service call
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience. Preferably in biohazard remediation, construction, demolition, restoration, or a related field.
  • Must have demonstrated leadership experience, preferably in a technical or field service environment.
  • Must possess strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have completed ServiceMaster BioCleans Field Learning Path within 30 days of start, and Supervisor Learning Path within 90 days of start.

PreferredQualifications:

  • IICRC S540 certification or equivalent in biohazard remediation
  • XActimate experience
  • Proven experience in leading teams in restoration, mitigation, remediation or construction.
  • Customer service experience and military personnel are highly valued.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a track record of successful community engagement and outreach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and relevant software.
