Job Title: Electrical Engineer

As a Process Controls Design Engineer, you will play a hands-on role in designing and building advanced control systems for material handling and process equipment in the life sciences and chemical industries.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project managers to review and interpret user requirements.
- Create detailed Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
- Select and specify instrumentation tailored to each unique system.
- Design control panels for electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Design electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics.
- Design equipment network architecture.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by your supervisor from time to time.
Essential Skills
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related engineering field.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience designing control systems.
- Familiarity with Allen Bradley Products.
- Proven experience in designing electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Proven experience in designing VFD and Motor control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical.
- Familiarity with Autodesk Inventor.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience and understanding of Hazardous Location requirements and protection methods.
- Understanding of Electrical Standards (UL, NEC).

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $62.00/hr.
