Job Description

Our Client is seeking a skilled Superintendent to join a renowned commercial general contractor with a national presence. This role requires a dynamic professional to support projects ranging from $1 million to $75 million. The ideal candidate will coordinate schedules, manage budgets, and monitor daily procedures to ensure successful project completion.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial construction projects valued between $1 million and $75 million.
• Coordinate schedules with Project Managers and Subcontractors to ensure project timelines are met.
• Manage the construction budget, track project costs, and submit all invoices accurately and on time.
• Monitor daily construction procedures to ensure quality and safety standards are maintained.

• At least 5 years of experience as a superintendent in commercial construction.
• Proficiency in managing projects sized between $2 million and $50 million.
• Experience in both interior renovations and base build construction.

• Experience with ground-up and interior renovation projects in commercial construction.

The role involves working on commercial construction jobsites throughout the DMV area. There is an urgent need for a ground-up project in Sterling, VA, valued at $2.5 million. The company is employee-owned, headquartered in Pittsburgh, with four additional offices. They foster a strong company culture with multiple team events throughout the year.

The pay range for this position is $52.88 - $69.71/hr.
