Welder / Fabricator

We are a fast-growing wholesale sign company looking for a skilled Welder/Fabricator. This position focuses on the fabrication of custom aluminum signage and architectural elements. Full time position, air conditioned work environment, health insurance after 90 days.

Responsibilities:
Fabricate aluminum signs and structures according to design specs
Weld aluminum components with precision and clean finish
Operate metalworking machinery including saws, brakes, and shears
Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
Maintain a clean, safe work environment

Qualifications:
2+ years of welding/fabrication experience (aluminum preferred)
Strong welding skills required
Ability to read and understand shop drawings
Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
Experience in the sign industry a plus
