Compensation is $20/hr starting with no experience and no references.
Compensation potential of $35+/hr with deck building experience and a GOOD PROFESSIONAL REFERANCE. This reference will be called and asked about your skills in the field. Use someone you have worked closely with who has seen your process/results.
