Job Description- Monitors the Facilities Work Order System and performs tasks as specified. Closes work orders in a timely manner after completion.
- Performs routine and specific wallpaper & painting work and repairs
- Identifies & repairs holes in walls and corner guards repairs/replacements
- Repairs desks, millwork, chairs, furniture and doors including laminate & edges
- Replaces light bulbs and ballasts as needed
- Assist with interior space renovation projects (Light repair of walls, patching and painting, Cutting/installing ceiling tiles, etc)
- Responds to emergency situations such as leaks
- Keeps management informed of any unsafe conditions..
- Responds to fire alarms according to established guidelines.
- Assists with purchases of supplies, materials and tools in accordance to established guidelines.
- Ensures the facility vehicles are maintained clean and reports repair needs- when utilized. Completes related paperwork such as fueling receipts and mileage reports.
- Maintains the organization and cleanliness of the Facilities workshops
- Maintains regular schedule and communicates any temporary changes to management
- Performs overtime as needed & on call rotation
- Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
- Prepares clinical spaces in anticipation of accreditations
- Maintains Paint color codes & inventory along with needed supplies
2. GENERAL QUALIFICATION STANDARDS & JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education/Certifications/Licenses :
- Maintenance Tech skill set (Experienced in painting & light repair work)
- High school diploma or GED Required
- Vocational school training certificate (Preferred)
- Valid Driver license
Performance Standards for Specialty Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Basic knowledge of general maintenance, painting, plumbing and electrical wiring.
- Knowledge of common safety codes, hazards and precautions to establish a safe work environment.
- Skill in repairing furniture and fixtures
- Skills in drywall repairs, taping and painting.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff
- Responsible for maintenance of walls & doors
- Performs small office moves
- Hangs pictures & diplomas
- Light repair of walls & holes

Pay Range $27 to $30 per hour
The provided compensation range is based on industry standards and salary determinations will be made based on numerous factors including but not limited to years of experience and location of position.
