Solutionz Inc., DBA Abatement Solutionz, Is a privately owned, non-union Demolition and Abatement company, specializing in interior TI, both structural and non structural, and Asbestos Abatement. We are debt free company that has been operating since 2006.
Key Responsibilities -
Look and qualify projects to bid within our travel range. (We are currently licensing in Oregon)
Prepare detailed, competitive, yet profitable proposals to GC's, public works, private facilities etc.
Manage all projects from start to finish. We have a Controller who handles all payment applications and lien waivers, but all schedule, submittals, job costing, job tracking, change orders etc. is the responsibility of the Project Manager.
Work closely with the Controller and dispatch on each and every job, to ensure proper billings and avoid scheduling conflicts.
Coordinate with GC or Owner on schedules and changes.
Ability to problem solve "on-the-spot" at times.
This position is for self starters, self motivators and someone who wants to help the company grow, and can be trusted to work on a salary.
*This is starting as an in-person position, at either our Monroe office or Clearview Shop (which is very small). Exceptions will be made for days that job walks begin near the home and other instances where it makes sense. This is until proven work record and trust is earned.
Qualifications -
Experience in commercial construction or demolition and abatement, either as a project manager, estimator Etc. Preferably with experience bidding and landing public works, prevailing wage jobs.
Ability to problem solve and prevent issues from becoming problematic.
Strong Microsoft Office or other spreadsheet and typing software.
Ability to read, review and interpret project plans & specifications, and provide qualified bids and ALL submittals as required for given contracts.
