Concrete Construction: Foreman needed.

I am looking for a lead foreman that are willing to do hard work and are not on drugs. Must be able to lift over 50 lbs. pack panels tie rebar and set forms and be able to take orders and lead people with a positive attitude. Must have experience as a foreman and with concrete work.
