Civil Construction Foreman

We are seeking a skilled and experienced working Civil Construction Foreman to lead our construction projects with precision and expertise. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a comprehensive understanding of construction management practices. As a working Civil Construction Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on-site, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise construction activities and manage the workforce to ensure efficient project execution.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide construction processes.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop project timelines and objectives.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety regulations.
- Implement OSHA safety standards and ensure compliance among all team members.
- Provide training and mentorship to crew members, fostering a positive work environment.
- Assist in construction estimating by evaluating project costs and resource requirements.

Skills:
- Strong background in construction management with proven supervisory experience.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings effectively.
- Knowledge of all aspects of a civil construction project (infrastructure installation, pipe laying, grading, mass excavation, experience in excavators, loaders, graders, etc., trench safety, equipment operation)
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Including equipment, personal and project timelines.
