Gutter Installer - Training Provided, No Experience Needed! ($20-35/hr)

We are seeking a dedicated Gutter Installer to join our dynamic team. No prior experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training to help you succeed. The role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining seamless gutters, downspouts, and related systems for residential and commercial properties. Key Responsibilities:
- Install seamless aluminum, copper, or steel gutters based on project specifications.
- Measure, cut, and fit gutter systems to ensure effective drainage and functionality.
- Inspect and repair existing gutter systems, addressing issues like leaks or clogs.
- Install downspouts, gutter guards, and other accessories as required.
- Work safely at heights using ladders, scaffolding, or aerial lifts.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on time.
- Keep tools, equipment, and job sites clean and organized.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client questions professionally.

Qualifications:
- No experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training provided.
- Experience in gutter installation or similar construction/trade work is a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints, measurements, and job specifications (training provided if needed).
- Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Basic hand tools (specialty tools provided by the company).
- Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks.
