Handyman Needed Independent Contractor (Experienced / Reliable)

Were looking for an experienced and dependable Handyman to work with us as an Independent Contractor (1099) on a project-by-project basis. Must be skilled in general repairs and construction work.

Requirements:

4+ years experience in handyman or construction work (painting, drywall, concrete, repairs)

Must have own tools, reliable transportation, and a valid drivers license

Able to work independently and follow instructions

Physically fit must be able to lift 60+ lbs

Clean driving record

Pass background and drug screening

Liability insurance required

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Typical Work Includes:

Painting over graffiti

Drywall repairs

Installing bumper stops

General property repairs

Details:

Flexible hours jobs scheduled based on availability

Pay per project (Per hour, or per project depending on scope)
