We are a dynamic and growing real estate and construction firm specializing in multifamily, office, and retail developments. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager Assistant to join our team and support the successful execution of ongoing and upcoming construction projects.

**Responsibilities:**

* Assist Project Managers with scheduling, budgeting, and day-to-day operations
* Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants
* Track project timelines, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
* Maintain organized digital and physical project files
* Assist with permit applications, inspections, and compliance documentation
* Attend meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items
* Support in preparation of reports and presentations

**Qualifications:**

* 13 years of experience in construction or real estate project management preferred
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with Procore or similar construction software is a plus
* Bachelors degree in construction management, real estate, or related field preferred but not required

**Preferred:**

* Bilingual (Tagalog or Spanish) is a plus
* Familiarity with commercial and multifamily construction
