Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

We’re looking for an experienced Extrusion Line Maintenance Technician to join our fast-paced plastics manufacturing team! If you’ve worked directly on plastics extrusion lines and thrive on troubleshooting complex systems, this is your moment. You’ll handle preventative and corrective maintenance on extrusion lines, saws, control systems, and material handling equipment—keeping everything running at peak performance. You'll diagnose issues across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, with hands-on involvement in repairs and upgrades. PLC knowledge is a must, along with the ability to read schematics and dig into pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting. Apply today and we look forward to giving you a call!

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventative, and corrective maintenance on extrusion lines, automated saws, control systems, cooling systems, and material handling equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic system issues to minimize downtime.
• Work closely with maintenance and engineering teams to execute equipment repairs and upgrades.
• Maintain detailed maintenance logs and work order records.

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

wearing steel toe shoes

manual lifting up to 50lbs

working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
