Plumbing Apprentice/Helper

Now Hiring for Plumber Apprentice! We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Apprentice Plumber. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in plumbing and gain hands-on experience in the field. As an Apprentice Plumber, you will work under the guidance of experienced plumbers, assisting with various plumbing tasks while developing your skills and knowledge in plumbing systems, tools, and techniques.

Responsibilities
Assist licensed plumbers with the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems.
Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for various plumbing tasks.
Learn to plumb, and perform pipe threading as part of system installations or repairs.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency on job sites.
Follow all safety protocols and regulations while working on plumbing projects.

Experience
Basic mechanical knowledge is preferred; familiarity with power tools is a plus but not required.
Previous experience as a maintenance person or in a related field can be beneficial but is not required.
A willingness to learn about plumbing systems is required.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Must be eager to develop skills in other technical aspects of plumbing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18-$20 per hour. Paid Holidays

Expected hours: 40 per week plus overtime

Schedule:
8 hour shift (overtime opportunities)
Monday to Friday, some Saturdays
Year round work
Must have a valid driver license
