A North Carolina based general contractor is in search of a Superintendent. This position is for local work only and is not a traveling role. This company has experienced successful growth for decades and builds in the multifamily, commercial and industrial markets. They focus their efforts on projects of all sizes and offer a wide variety of work. They have a significant backlog of projects. Relocating candidates are urged to apply.

A qualified candidate must possess the following:

• 5+ years of experience in overseeing ground up and remodel projects
• Knowledge of retail, hospitality, office and light industrial work
• Experience managing projects of at least $10 million
• Experience with preconstruction activities, scheduling and close-out functions for the project
• Ability to form strong relationships with subcontractors, owners, architects, engineers, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
