A SC based commercial builder is in search of a Senior Superintendent to be located in Charleston. This company builds a variety of commercial projects in general commercial, healthcare, multifamily, retail and hospitality, and many other markets. They build locally, no travel is required.

A qualified candidate must possess the following:

• 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
• Experience running large projects of at least $10 million
• Experience in managing a large team
• Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, multifamily, or other large commercial projects
• Ability to form strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, owners, architects, engineers, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred
