A NC based builder is in search of a Project Manager for their Charlotte office. This company is growing by leaps and bounds and builds primarily in the local market. They focus their efforts on general commercial projects, healthcare, office buildings, etc. This company has an outstanding reputation, a tremendous backlog of projects and offers their employees a work life balance.

A qualified candidate must possess the following:

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial ground up or renovation work
• Experience running large projects of at least $500k
• Experience in managing a team and running multiple projects
• Prior experience in healthcare, medical office building, or general commercial projects
• Ability to form strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, owners, architects, engineers, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred
