A South East based general contractor is in search of an Estimator to be based in Fayettevile/Springdale, AR. This company has experienced successful growth for decades and builds in the industrial and commercial markets. They focus their efforts on manufacturing facilities, industrial work, k-12, healthcare, etc. They have a significant backlog of projects.

A qualified candidate must possess the following:

• 5+ years of experience estimating in industrial or commercial construction
• Experience with projects of at least $5 million
• Knowledge of both hard bid and negotiated delivery methods
• Ability to form strong relationships with subcontractors, owners, architects, engineers, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Accounting, Business or related field is preferred
