Experianced handy man

I am a small remodeling business and growing. I presently employee 4 guys full time need to expand.
Looking for an all around jack of all trades guy..or woman. 2 people

With basic tools, transportation..
Experienced in drywall, flooring, trim,painting,plumbing, problem solving skills.
Most of my work is complete remodels.
I do residential and commercial.

I pay cash money every Friday. I do not hold back a week. Time stops on Thursday. Paid Friday.
My work is between Tampa and st Pete..

Starting pay is 20.00 an hour. I see that you know what youre doing,I will increase pay immediately.
My lowest paid employee is 22 and highest paid is 30.00.
Start times are 7-330 Our lunch breaks generally are 45 mins to an hour. How can you enjoy your lunch on 30 mins??? 2 breaks in the day.
I DO NOT CLOCK WATCH.. however I do watch productivity..
I am easy to work with and for.. I just ask the same respect in productivity..

You must be an American Citizen and speak English fluently..
I do not need to baby sit,no drama. No drinking or drugs on my jobs.
What you do with your life is not my issue. I am responsible for you during the work times.
