Job Description
Scope of Work (can be one or the other):
Current setup: 6 parking stalls (3 along each side of the lot)
Paint over existing stall lines on both sides
Re-stripe 6 new stalls toward the front of the lot, including assessing and applying the most efficient angle for entry and exit
Move existing wheel stops to match new layout
Evaluate if theres room to add a 7th stall
Remove vines growing along the side of the building
Requirements:
Must be insured
Experience with exterior property maintenance and small-lot layout efficiency
Ability to complete work cleanly and professionally
Location: Near 62nd Ave N & 28th St N, unincorporated Pinellas County
Start Date: Prefer to begin within the next week
