Position: Project Manager

Location: Columbus, OH

A local general contractor is in search of a Project Manager for their Columbus office. This company has experienced successful growth for decades and builds in a variety of commercial, residential & industrial markets. They are offering a generous compensation structure and opportunity for advancement.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction
• Experience with commercial, residential/multifamily projects ( wood frame knowledge is a plus!)
• Ability to form strong relationships with subcontractors, owners, architects, engineers, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Accounting, Business or related field is preferred
• Open to travel as needed
